The lemon curd is thick and smooth with a rich zesty lemon taste. The lemon cream adds a pleasant touch of palatable tang and gives the tart a nice silky texture to complement the denser curd. A star in itself, the handmade sweet almond crust offers a crisp, buttery taste, elevating the tart's acidic notes while delivering a satisfying crunch. The light and airy Chantilly cream delicately washes down the sweet and sour flavours of the tart, ensuring a gratifying experience for your palate.

    Ingredients

    Butter, Cocoa Butter, Egg, Flour, Gelatine (Bovine), Ground Almond, Lemon, Lemon Peel, Lemon Thyme, Mascarpone, Salt, Sugar, Whipping Cream

    Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

    Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

    Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

    Best consumed within 2 days.

    Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

    For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.

    Note: We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but we deliver our cakes using cooler bags to ensure optimal quality.
